You are what you eat.  That being said, nutrition and the food choices we make are of the upmost importance to our health.  That is why we spend such a great deal of time and focus on the nutrition of our clients.  During our sessions we will discuss dietary issues or concerns you may be experiencing and come up with an individual plan to help you eat your way to better health.  We do not create “diets” for people as we have found restrictive diets fail and are temporary. We create a new consciousness and awareness about food to help guide people to a lifetime of good food choices.  We teach you which foods are best for your constitution and what foods will give your body type the best results.

It has been said that the food you eat can either be the best form of medicine or the slowest form of poison.  So be sure to choose wisely, eat local and organic as often as possible.  Not just for your own health but for the health of the planet.
